All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.
Shipping to countries outside New Zealand may be subject to local customs/duty taxes and are payable by the customer.

We do not ship to rural addresses or P.O. Box’s.


EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Our products are made to order and no refunds will be provided for change of mind.
If there is a fault with the product due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to replace with the same product or refund, following inspection.
Please contact us at hello@thearcdept.com within 3 working days of receiving the product.
If an exchange or refund is approved, the product must be returned to us in the original packaging within 7 working days.


FINISHES & PRODUCT CARE

Because timber is a natural product, variations will occur in the colour, grain & texture of each timber species. This is not something that can be controlled and is not considered a fault in the product.

Timber pulls installed externally are recommended to be installed under a soffit and must be applied with an exterior grade polyurethane, and reapplied after 2 years.

We use the same techniques for creating our resin pulls however the patterning is individual to each piece and are unable to be replicated exactly. Images shown on our website and social media are an indication of the final look only.

Please keep in mind this is a handmade product and as such, small air bubbles are sometimes unavoidable in the liquid casting process. We do our very best to minimise this.

White or clear resin products may discolour over time if in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

We recommend pulls to be installed by a professional tradesperson.
