Can you source other timber species?

Good question. Yep! If you have a particular timber type in mind, contact us on hello@thearcdept.com and we’ll let you know if we can get it.

Do you provide samples?

Unfortunately we can’t provide samples at this stage. We are happy to send you additional images if you’re on the fence about anything. Just drop us an email at hello@thearcdept.com and we’ll be happy to help.


What if I don’t like the pattern on my resin pull?

All our door pulls are handmade and because of this, the images shown on our website and social media are an indication of the pull type only. We use the same technique & pigment to create them but it is impossible to replicate the pattern exactly. But their individuality is what makes them oh so special.

Can I return my pulls if I change my mind?

Sorry, all our products are made to order and we don’t provide refunds if you change your mind.

If there is a fault with the manufacturing of the pull, we are happy to replace or refund the order however, this will be reviewed on each request.

Do you provide trade pricing?

Absolutely. You can create a login with your trade information and with the magic of the internet, you’ll see trade pricing. You can also order with these prices through your own login.

When can I expect my treasures to arrive?

All of our pulls are handmade to order and require the time to do so. We ask 4-6 weeks lead time for our entire range. They will be worth the wait! Once they’re made we will courier them out to you and you can expect them within 3-5 business days.

Do you deliver to rural addresses?

Sorry, no we don’t. We don’t deliver to P.O.Box’s either.

Why have I received a separate invoice for shipping fees?

As projects can vary greatly in size we reserve the right to charge additional fees if higher than the standard shipping rate.

Pittella products come from Australia and will incur a higher fee to cover international shipping. You will also be invoiced for any customs fees relating to the order. If you have any concerns or would like an estimate, get in touch and we’d be happy to help.

Do you ship overseas?

We do! But prices vary. We currently ship to New Zealand & Australia as standard but if you’re over the seas, email us at hello@thearcdept.com for a shipping quote.
